Harwood Petals: Terms of Service
1. Clinical Delivery Radius
We provide white-glove delivery exclusively to the Annapolis Corridor. This includes the following zip codes: 21401, 21403, 21409, 21012, 21032, 21146, 21037, 21108, 20776, 21054, 21114, 21035, and 20711. Orders placed for delivery outside this clinical radius will be automatically canceled and refunded.
2. Freshness & Substitution Protocol
Floral arrangements are composed of living, organic matter. While we strive for architectural exactness, seasonal availability may require a "clinical substitution." We reserve the right to swap specific stems for those of equal or greater value to ensure the arrangement meets our health and aesthetic standards.
3. Temperature & "No-Leave" Policy
To maintain Architectural Integrity, we do not leave arrangements outdoors if temperatures are below 40°F or above 80°F. A recipient phone number is required for all orders to coordinate a hand-off. If a delivery cannot be completed due to weather or absence, a redelivery fee may apply.
4. Care & Longevity Responsibility
Every Harwood Petals arrangement is delivered with a Care Protocol. Once the arrangement is in the recipient's care, its longevity depends on following our hydration and placement vitals. Harwood Petals is not liable for floral failure caused by neglect or environmental stress (direct sunlight, heating vents, etc.) post-delivery.
5. Residency Gaps
Please note our Spring Residency schedule (April 26 – June 7). During this phase, standard local delivery is suspended to accommodate our studio's New York expansion.
