Order Triage (Quality Claims) If your arrangement does not meet the Harwood Standard upon delivery, please follow our triage protocol:

Timeline: All quality claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Documentation: Email edith@harwoodpetals.com with your order number and a clear, high-resolution photo of the arrangement.

Review: Our founder will perform a visual assessment to determine the cause of the floral failure and provide a resolution.
